Service Description
Speed2Data provides digital business intelligence reports derived from publicly available building permit information. Reports are delivered electronically in PDF and CSV formats.

Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Use of Service
You agree to use the reports for lawful business purposes only and not to resell, redistribute, or misuse the data in violation of applicable laws.

Accuracy Disclaimer
While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information, permit data is sourced from public records and is provided “as-is” without warranties of completeness or accuracy.

Billing
One-time purchases are billed once at checkout. Subscription plans, if offered, are billed on a recurring schedule until canceled.

Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed2Data shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
