These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Speed2Data products, reports, websites, and subscription services.

Service Description

Speed2Data provides contractor-facing permit intelligence reports based on public permit records and business-facing project data. Reports may include permit activity, project scope notes, opportunity indicators, contractor assignment signals, and related business information.

No Guarantee of Jobs or Revenue

Speed2Data does not guarantee that any report will result in a sale, job, contract, customer, appointment, or revenue. Customers are responsible for reviewing report information and deciding how to use it.

Public Data and Accuracy

Speed2Data uses public permit records and other available business-facing sources. We work to organize and enrich the information, but we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Customers should independently verify details before relying on them.

Subscription Billing

Speed2Data subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting Speed2Data or using any available customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Refunds

Because Speed2Data reports are digital, time-sensitive business information, payments are generally non-refundable once a report has been delivered or access has been provided. If there is a billing error or access issue, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Permitted Use

Reports are provided for the subscribing business’s internal sales, marketing, and business development use. Customers may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or repackage Speed2Data reports without written permission.

Limited Market Access

Some Speed2Data products may limit the number of active customers in a trade or market. Seat limits are a business policy and may change unless specifically stated in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting property owners, contractors, businesses, or any other parties identified through report research.

Changes to Service

Speed2Data may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

SMS Terms
Speed2Data may send text messages related to sample report requests, follow-up requests, account updates, subscription updates, service notifications, and support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Speed2Data SMS messages are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
